Villa rif. 61 is a very large property situated above Pouli
area. From its dominant position, the house offers uninterrupted views of Mykonos
town and several Cycladic Islands: Delos, Rhenia and Tinos.
A very large terrace enjoys the sun and the sea breeze all day long, while
a spacious pool and a wooden pergola provides shade and relaxation during hot
summer days. At night, it is a perfect place to entertain guests with its very
well equipped bar, round dining table, and large sliding windows which access
the swimming pool.
The house is built on three levels; The lower floor has a large double bedroom
with en suite bathroom and a modern and very well equipped kitchen with an
adjoining dining room, while another comfortable sitting room has access to
the main terrace. The impressive white staircase leads to the top floor master
bedroom which has amazing views of the sea and the pool. The middle level has
two large bedrooms one with two single beds and separate bathroom and the second
features one double bedroom with en suite barthroom.

and large common spaces. Ideal for those who like to entertain in total comfort

Villa P. A. is an independent property characterized by elements of modern
villas’ architecture. The location, the unique beauties and the peace
of the area are some of the numerous advantages which should be taken in mind,
in making a conscious selection for rent the “Pearl” of Mykonos.
This private 2-store villa, consists of a large living and dining room with
fully equipped kitchen. Next to this a separate entrance a second living room
or guest room (sleeps 2 guests). Exterior staircase leads to the first floor:
two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have access to sea
view verandas and to the swimming pool. The garden path leads to a separate
guest studio, detached and by the side of the main house comprising of a double
bedroom with en-suite barthroom and a kitchenette.
The bamboo pergola by the pool, is a relaxing place to enjoy cold drinks and
aperitifs, ideal also for entertaining during dinner parties. The interior

E’ una villa nuovissima e molto moderna di 200 mq., situata a KEA
in zona collinosa molto tranquilla, e con vista alle isole di Syros, Yaros,
Kythnos, Serifos e Mykonos.
Si trova nella parte orientale dell'isola di Kea , 12 km dal porto, la spiaggia
più vicina raggiungibile da strada asfaltata è a 7 km,(Otzias)
, ma c'è un'altra spiaggia a 1,5 km. la più bella spiaggia dell'isola,
raggiungibile solo con fuori strada 4x4,.
La Villa può ospitare 10 persone, e ha 5 camere da letto, 5 bagni e
la piscina.
La grande piscina di 6m per 10 è circondata da una grande terrazza dove
rilassarsi e cenare.
La proprietà è circondata da rocce tradizionali e da un cancello
elettrico. Il parcheggio è disponibile.
Al piano terra c’è il soggiorno con TV/DVD, satellite, sala da
pranzo e cucina perfettamente equipaggiata e moderna.
Un corridoio poi vi porta alla zona notte, dove ci sono letti matrimoniali
e bagno con doccia.
Al piano terra c’è la sala giochi con la TV/DVD. E nello stesso livello 2 stanze doppie con un doppio letto e una seconda camera con 2 letti e un bagno spazioso. Un letto extra è disponibile.
A richiesta anche servizio lavanderia.
